When you book a centre tour, RSVP for our Monday Baby Sensory class, use our Child Care Subsidy estimator, or enrol your child at Strathfield Early Learning, we collect personal information necessary to care for your child and administer your enrolment. This includes:
- Parent and guardian contact details: Full name, mobile number, email address, residential address, emergency contacts, and authorised nominees.
- Child details: Name, date of birth, room/age group, expected start date, attendance days, immunisation history statements, medical management plans, allergies, and halal or dietary requirements.
- Government subsidy and billing details: Customer Reference Numbers (CRNs) for parents and children required by Services Australia to calculate and apply your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and NSW Start Strong Fee Relief.
- Website and attribution metadata: Non-identifying browser analytics, cookies, and ad click identifiers (such as Google Ads
gclidand UTM parameters) used to measure tour booking enquiries.
2. How we use and store your information
We use your personal information solely to schedule and confirm centre tours, communicate with your family, deliver safe early childhood education and care, prepare allergy-safe meals, and process Child Care Subsidy claims. Tour bookings and family enquiries are stored securely in our authorised childcare management platforms, LineLeader (ChildcareCRM) and OWNA, as well as encrypted centre email and notification systems managed by owner Christine Girgis.
We never sell, rent, or trade parent or child personal information to third-party data brokers or external marketers.
3. Disclosure to regulatory authorities and service providers
We only disclose personal information where required by law or necessary to provide our service, including to the Australian Government Department of Education, Services Australia (Centrelink) for Child Care Subsidy administration, the NSW Department of Education (Early Childhood Education and Care Directorate), and emergency medical personnel if required for your child's safety.
4. Website analytics, cookies, and advertising tags
Our website (www.strathfieldearlylearning.com.au) uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking (including hashed Enhanced Conversions), and the Meta Pixel to understand which local suburbs and search terms lead families to book a tour. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to browse our website or call us directly.
5. Accessing, correcting, or deleting your information
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about your family, request corrections to inaccurate details, or ask to be removed from tour follow-up communications at any time.
